With experience training local sports teams and young athletes, our coaches know how to make sessions active, engaging and age-appropriate for all fitness levels.

What you need to know and Important Information

Waiver Requirement
Before your child attends their session, please complete our Sports Team Training and Youth Team Training Waiver.

This is mandatory and must be completed before your child is able to train with us.

What to Bring
Please make sure your child brings:

  • A towel

  • A drink bottle

  • Enclosed shoes

  • An asthma puffer, if required

Allergies & Medical Information
Please let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, asthma, or support needs before the session.

At the end of class, we may offer the children a Zooper Dooper or similar treat, so it is important that we are aware of any allergies or dietary concerns beforehand.

All of our coaches have First Aid and CPR Qualifications and Working With Children Checks. Our facility is fully insured.
